Boat Launch At Clifton Ferry Park On Alabama River

Boat Landing At Clifton Ferry

When you drive down the hill to the Clifton Ferry Park boat landing on the Alabama River you will see a double launch ramp. During the winter and summer months Clifton Landing is usually not cleaned and has a lot of mud at the bottom of it. At this time, if you are going to launch your boat, PWC or kayak here during the spring and summer. I recommend having an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle. During the summer months the landing is usually clean and a 2 wheel drive truck should be fine. For a drive through of Clifton Ferry Boat Ramp watch my video below that was made in the winter of 2022.

If you are Bass or Catfishing here on the Alabama River you will not be disappointed putting in and fishing this area. I have done some night and day catfish jugging here and caught a lot of fish. I have also caught more than I can count of Spotted and Largemouth Bass.
