Fishing Millers Ferry Power House on Alabama River
On Alabama Highway 28 heading through Millers Ferry, Alabama turn left on Power House Drive. Drive all the way to the fenced in area turn left through the opening and you have arrived at the Millers Ferry Power House Parking Lot. There is a fixed portable restroom available at the end of the parking lot. Now is the time to pack up everything you are going to need. I promise you that you do not want to make a second trip. Millers Ferry Power House Fishing Wall
If you get here early enough you might get a spot on the wall next to the Millers Ferry Power House.. I have set and watched fishermen pull fish after fish out of the water from fishing off the top of the wall when the power house is not running. I have fished off of the walkway and caught a lot of fish drum, bream, and catfish. But if you walk on down the rocks away from the Millers Ferry Power House the fishing is great also. We have fished this area in a boat also and did very well on the river side where the rocks stick out. Plenty of Spotted Bass caught here.
