U.S. Corps Of Engineers Boat Landing Fee Station Alabama River

Boat Landing Fee Stations In Alabama

If you are like me and you frequent Ellis Landing in Camden, Alabama on the Alabama River you are probably wondering what are these new U.S. Army Corps of Engineers fee stations? Where do they come from? Who paid for them? I am hoping they can keep them working, It has been so many times I have forgot to bring enough cash.

Who Paid For The Fee Machines

From what I have found online these machines were made possible by the passing of the CARES Act. A lot of people including me might be under the impression they came from the money paid at the boat launch. This came from taxes we paid. At this time there is only 3 machines in Alabama. I am sure the list will grow every year.

Who Produces The Fee Machines

The company that builds and sells these machines is Ventek International. They build toll booth, and parking deck pay stations just to name a couple of their products, for more information about there Parks and recreation fee machines click here https://ventek-intl.com/service/parks-and-recreation-ticketing-solutions/
